  • SHIPPING
    Postcards: Germany 1.60€ EU countries 6.49€ UK 8.99€ US 11.99€ AU/NZ 11.99€ Art prints: Available currently within Europe only, though shipping elsewhere can be arranged upon request. The art print shipments are insured and include a tracking code. 8.52€ (Germany) | 21.61€ (rest of EU)
  • PAYMENT
    Via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Once your order has been submitted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Please note that this could take 1-2 work days as the order process is managed personally by the artist.
  • PRODUCTION TIME
    Once your payment has been received, your art print(s) will go into production. All prints (excluding postcards) are printed to order by the artist, which means an average of 7-10 day production period before shipment of the item(s). You will get updates of your order's status along the way. If you have any questions regarding your order, please get in touch at mail@mizblack.com
  • RETURN POLICY
    Please choose your artwork carefully; since most items are printed to order, the artist is unfortunately unable to offer returns and refunds. Special care is taken to protect the goods and all art prints (postcards excluded) are insured. If the packaging or the item itself has been clearly and significantly damaged during shipping, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at mail@mizblack.com
