About

MIZBLACK is the practice of Finnish graphic designer and visual artist Mary Elizabeth Black (Maria Lukkarinen), currently based in Hamburg.

Working across print and digital media, her practice focuses on visual identities, editorial design and visual communication with a strong typographic approach.

With a background in both fine arts and graphic design, she combines conceptual thinking with extensive experience in visual design, production and creative collaboration across a wide range of international projects.
